The US Air Force attacked the training camp of Islamic State terrorist group in Afghanistan, at least 40 militants were eliminated, Khaama Press reported citing local security officials.

According to the report, the operation was held the day before in the east of the country in Nangarhar province.

It is noted that among the liquidated militants were two instructors.

Also during the airstrike, the stocks of weapons of militants and explosive devices were destroyed.

According to the authorities, suicide bombers were trained in the camp.

As reported, today in the province of Tahar in northern Afghanistan, a powerful explosion took place in the hotel, two people were killed.

On the eve of at least 15 people were killed during the explosion near the military academy in Kabul.
