The Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine switched to enhanced duty mode, reports the press office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine 

‘Deputy Minister of Ministry of Internal Affairs Vadym Troyan headed operational headquarters, which was created to coordinate the work of all bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and monitor the situation. The headquarters include First Deputy Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Vasyl Servatyuk, Deputy Head of the National Police Oleksandr Fatsevych, First Deputy Head of State Emergency Service Oleh Melchutsky, Deputy Commander of the National Guard, as well as First Deputy Head of the State Migration Service Natalia Naumenko and others,’ reads the message.

It is noted that territorial operational headquarters were also set up under the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. All of them will work around the clock and will be engaged in the exchange of information and coordination with the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the Security Service, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Intelligence Directorate General of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the State Security Directorate and the state special services.
