"There has been tremendous progress with regard to vaccines. In fact, we are ready to act with regard to transportation and logistics. We have more than 2 million (vaccine doses - 112 International) ready for dispatch if they pass a safety check," he said.

At the same time, the White House health adviser Anthony Fauci, who is involved in the development of the vaccine, declined to comment on Trump's words saying the following: "I have not heard him say this."

As we reported before, Chief Sanitary Inspector of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko stated that the herd immunity from coronavirus might be formed by vaccination.

“To create herd immunity, at least 95% of people should recover. We have the strategy of containment…The number of infected does not surpass 1% that is why we cannot say that we will form herd immunity,” Lyashko said.
