Ukraine's Energy Ministry has claimed that currently, the united power system in this country has been stable and operates well. Press office of the ministry posted that on Facebook.

"Despite the lagging rate of coal stocking in the storages of thermal power plants (TPPS), the united power system of Ukraine works stable", reads the message.

Currently, the TPPs produce more than half of the entire amount of electriciy in Ukraine. The maneuvers in this power system are taking place at the cost of thermal and hydral generation. The power output of these is now enough for the stable work of this power system.

In August, Ukraine's Energy Ministry ordered TPPs to boost the rate of stocking of coal supplies, given the expected launch of Nord Stream 2 and a very low temperature in winter.

One of the TPPs, Trypilska thermal power plant suffers a bad deficit of coal regarding the schedule compiled by the Energy Ministry. The deficit rate makes 160,000 tons of coal.
