From March 1, the citizens of Ukraine will be able to visit Georgia carrying negative results of PCR test for coronavirus as Ekho Kavkaza reported citing PM of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili.

“Georgia opens for the citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus,” the message said.

Thus, the citizens of Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus will have to provide the negative result of the test for coronavirus made within 72 hours before the travel during the entrance to Georgia. The repeated testing should be passed in Georgia on the third stay in the country.

According to Garibashvili, the issue is about air travel. The land boundaries of Georgia remain close for the foreigners.
