Ukrainians recommended not to visit southern regions of Israel

The citizens of Ukraine were recommended to refrain from visiting the southern territories of Israel, in particular, Sderot and Netivot cities, in connection with the exacerbation of the confrontation of Israel and Palestine and massive rocket and mortar fires on specified territories. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported.

In case, an air warning announced, the citizens who will be nearby the Gaza Strip are recommended to immediately take cover in a bomb shelter.  

In the event of an emergency, a threat to life and health, citizens of Ukraine are advised to contact the Embassy of Ukraine to Israel by calling the number: + 972 546-676-782, and mailing to emb_il@mfa.gov.ua, or to the 24/7 hotline of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine: +38 (044) 238 16 57, e-mail address cons_or@mfa.gov.ua.

As we reported earlier, on November 12, Hamas militants launched more than 80 missiles at southern regions of Israel from the territory of Gaza Strip. As a result of the shelling, more than 50 people injured. Later, Israel paid a return air strike. 

It should be noted that the Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip have declared that they have concluded truce on a ceasefire with Israel.
