According to the poll, Zelensky's first task is the cessation of fire in Donbas - 74% of respondents voted for it. 51% of them voted for the improvement of living standards (salaries, pensions, etc.), 37% voted for the reduction of tariffs, 35% - for punishing perpetrators of corruption, and 28% voted for reducing the influence of oligarchs.
A nationwide public opinion poll was conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv's “Democratic Initiatives” Foundation in collaboration with Kyiv International Institute of Sociology from November 4 to 19, 2019. The survey took place in 110 settlements in all regions of Ukraine, except the annexed Crimea.

Zelensky called Trudeau to congratulate his Liberal Party on his election victory. The President of Ukraine thanked the Prime Minister of Canada for his country's consistent position regarding sanctions against Russia, and also invited Trudeau to Ukraine.
