The citizens of Ukraine, who come from the red zone of the epidemiological risk, are not forced to get tests for coronavirus and should not stay in self-isolation as 112 Ukraine TV channel reported citing Health Minister Maksym Stepanov.
“We do not say that you have to do the test or stay in self-isolation when you come from the red zone to the green one because it takes place within our country,” he said.
Concerning the entrance and leaving to and from the administrative and territorial units that belong to the red zone, the work of the city and inter-city transport is stopped. The use of their own transport is only allowed. Meanwhile, the number of people who stay in one vehicle should exceed five people, including children under 14 years.
On August 1, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers' decree No. 641 "On the introduction of quarantine and enhanced anti-epidemic measures" came into force in Ukraine. The document extends the adaptive quarantine until August 31, 2020. The government specified that, depending on the epidemiological situation, according to the level of the epidemic danger of the spread of Covid-19, all regions are divided into several zones: green, yellow, orange and red.
