In the capital of Belarus, Minsk, security forces brutally detained Ukrainian volunteers of the Vostok SOS charitable organization Yevhen Vasylyiev and Konstyantyn Revutsky, as Hromadske reports.

The published video shows how the security forces put Yevhen Vasylyiev face down on the asphalt. Earlier, the men filmed how riot policemen detained a passer-by at a pedestrian crossing.

As we reported before, on late August 11 and early August 12, Belarusian law enforcers detained over 1,000 people. 17 cases were opened on the fact of attacks on law enforcers.

51 citizens turned for medical assistance. 14 law enforcers sustained injuries.

Also, the city administration of Minsk estimated the damage from the riots at more than 200,000 dollars.

"The damage caused to the city economy as a result of the riots amounted to more than 203,000 dollars. This is an approximate cost of nine new ventilators or three X-ray diagnostic complexes," the message says.

 Earlier, amid the protests in Belarus, Lithuania prepared the plan on the settlement of crisis that was supported by Latvia and Poland
