Ukrainian soldier dies in Kharkiv

According to the preliminary information, the death was caused by the breach of safety regulations

A soldier died during a load of the armored equipment on the railway transporter in Kharkiv region. Vostok, the Operational Command of Ukrainian Armed Forces claimed it on Facebook.

‘An accident happened in Chuhuiv district in Kharkiv on July 3. Oleksandr Skus, a tank driver of one of the military units of the Operational Command sustained injuries incompatible with life. At the moment, circumstances of the accident are being investigated,’ reads the message.

According to the initial information, breach of safety regulations caused the death of the soldier.

As it was reported earlier, militants of illegal armed units in Donbas violated the ceasefire regime for 30 times on June 26. In eleven cases, they used Minsk-banned weapons, including heavy mortars and artillery. This led to casualties among the Ukrainian military, as one fighter deceased and two more sustained combat injuries.
