Ukrainian citizen residing in occupied Donbas, who are not capable of taking their pension money, shall get their money after the international administration settle on the occupied territories. Pavlo Zhebrivsky, former Head of Donetsk Regional Civil-Military Administration, said that on air of The Pulse political talk show on 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“Key pensioners are physically handicapped of quite advanced age, and they can’t move around. It is impossible without introducing international control over the temporarily occupied territories, no matter how much you speak here about it or what the deputy minister tells us about international institutes that are going to deliver pensions. I mean – when the peacekeepers are at the border with Russia, the international administration is at place, Ukraine proceeds with paying pensions, then the peace that you are talking about will take place,” Zhebrivsky said.
