The new drug based on the yeast technology has no comparables

The anti-Covid vaccine developed in Ukraine is about to be tested in the lab in Gdansk, Poland. 

According to Ukraine 24 TV channel, the new drug is based on the yeast technology patented by scientists from Lviv Insitute of biology. It has no comparables yet. The vaccine comprises of yeast cells with viral proteins attached to it.  

They plan to issue the drug in the form of pills or spray. The oral vaccine is considered the most perspective, as it is less demanding in terms of production and capable of counteracting the strains of coronavirus.

Besides, the researchers are now working on the injection drug for combating Covid-19, and it's already being tested on the mice. The biologists promised to make the results of the test public in two weeks.
