As we reported earlier, Antonio Lukich's film My Thoughts Are Silent claimed the Discovery Award at the Raindance film festival.

The tragic comedy My Thoughts Are Silent, which was Lukich’ first feature film is a story about a young soundman Vadym. After failures at work and in his personal life, Vadym got a chance to start over. A simple task – to record the voices of Zakarpattia animals – might give him an opportunity to leave “uncomfortable Ukraine” and move to “attractive Canada”. Far away from the problems. Yet, things get worse when his mother becomes his fellow in his new work.

The film was first screened in July 2019, in the East of West section, of the Karlovy Vary international festival, where the film claimed the special prize of the jury.
