Ukraine's SBU (state security service) downed the illegal widespread network of gun trafficking; the guns and ammunition appeared to be brought from the war-affected Donbas. The SBU regional branch in Odesa region (southern Ukraine) reported that on Facebook.

The authority found out that resident of Uman (Cherkasy region, central Ukraine) organized the network with branches in several other regions across the country. The perpetrator traded and restored guns and upgraded traumatic weapons, turning them into live guns - for sale. He found customers via Internet, using respective web forums.
