More than 1 million people with cancer disease are recorded by the Ministry of Healthcare in Ukraine at the beginning of year. The press service of the Ministry reported that at the require od the UNN news agency

According to the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, 1 042 860 people with malignant neoplasm were registered as of January 1, 2019. Thus, 2470,3 malignant neoplasms are registered per 100,000 citizens of the country. 

Previously, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine was going to create the Patient's Office with the help of which the communication between the Ministry and patients would be carried out. Zoriana Skaletska, the Minister of Health of Ukraine said that.

"We are creating the Patient's Office the activity of whose will be aimed at the implementation of all the communication not through streets and calls, but through a well-structured instrument, an entry point. The Patient's Office will be headed by the Ministry. It will also be consisting of the Secretariat, which will be organizing its work..." she noted.
