The Justice Ministry of Ukraine intends to allow the prisoners to keep their pets in the detention centers. Denys Chernyshev, the Deputy Justice Minister of Ukraine on penal setting claimed this as Ukrainian News reported.

According to him, the Justice Ministry prepares the changes to the rules of the inner order of the prisoners.

‘We intend to allow the sports activity and even the keeping of the pets. Let them take care of someone, at least the fish’, he claimed.

Chernyshev said that the issue of the installment of the plastic fish tanks is considered at the moment.

Also, it is offered to allow the detained to keep the cats and dogs of non-combatant breeds.

In November 2017, the Justice Ministry banned the detained to visit the websites of social networks and with erotic and sexually explicit. Also, they cannot visit the websites that propagandize the cruelty, violence; the websites that can negatively influence the mental state of the detained.

Also, the detained can visit the official websites of the state authority bodies, registered mass media websites, international organizations, educational, cultural, sports, creative, information and juridical websites and also the sites of the political, non-governmental and religious organizations.
