The plan of emerging from quarantine is developed in Ukraine. It consists of five stages; the first one has started on the days of the beginning of the emerging from quarantine, as 112 Ukraine TV channel reported citing PM Denys Shmygal.
“There is a starting point of the implementation of this plan; conditionally, we may call it Day Q, in other words, the day of the end of the quarantine. It is the beginning of the implementation of our plan; we may launch it in case of a favorable epidemiological situation. According to our predictions, this day should be on May 11,” Shmygal said.
The plan of emerging from quarantine will start if at least 10 days the percentage of detected cases of infection in the country will fluctuate at not more than 5%.
“The second condition, the hospitals should be filled by patients with coronavirus for not more than 50%. Currently, there are about 10% of patients with coronavirus in hospitals. Then we move on the road map of the emerging from quarantine and implement another four stages; they are also spelled out,” Shmygal said.
As we reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made a decision on the extension of the quarantine until May 11.
Over the last 24 hours, Ukraine reported another 467 confirmed cases of Covid-19. Thus, the general amount currently makes 6,592 cases of infection with coronavirus.
