Eurovision-2021: Go-A's performance

Shum, the Eurovision entry of Ukrainian folk music band Go-A continues to rule the charts. For instance, this composition chaired the Top 50 of Spotify all over the world. 

It's the first time that Ukraine entered Eurovision with the song in Ukrainian language. The song is loosely based on the Ukrainian spring folk song called Green Noise first recorded by ethnographers in 1856. Shum also became the first song in Ukrainian that entered the Spotify chart.

The Go-A performance in the first semifinal show of Eurovision 2021 was viewed by 10,000,000 people. The band ended up first in the Eurovision viewers' voting procedure that night.

The European Song Contest took place in Rotterdam earlier this month. Maneskin, the band from Italy won the contest, while Ukraine finished fifth.
