Deputy Minister of Economy, Trade and Agriculture Taras Vysotsky excluded the possibility of purchase of the land by the Russian residents (as the state-aggressor). He also admits the confiscation of the land, owned by them, as Ukrainian News reported.

Vysotsky noted that only citizens of Ukraine and companies-residents of Ukraine would be able to buy the land in Ukraine.

“Definitely, the safety measures should act against the country-aggressor. And if in one way or another the land became the property of the Russians (for example, by the inheritance) then it may be confiscated in favor of the state,” Vysotsky said.
