Spain, which recorded 138.7 active cases of Covid-19 per 100 thousand population appeared in the list of the red zone countries, as well as Israel - 230.6, Montenegro - 112.6.
In the green zone we can see Turkey, Egypt, Bulgaria, as well as the Czech Republic, Greece, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Cyprus, Croatia, Italy, Switzerland, Thailand, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Georgia.
The red list consists of states where the number of new cases per 100 thousand population over the past 14 days exceeds the same indicator in Ukraine.
All those who arrived in Ukraine from the red zone must either go to isolation for 14 days, or pass a PCR test within 24 hours, or come to Ukraine with ready test results, made no later than 48 hours before the border crossing. Foreigners must have a health insurance policy upon entry.
The WHO also believes that with large connections, the virus spreads faster, but there are technologies in the world to stop it.
“We have a disadvantage in the form of globalization and greater interconnection, but we also have an advantage in technology. So we hope to end this pandemic in less than two years,” Gebreyesus said.
Note that the World Health Organization declared the outbreak of coronavirus a pandemic on March 11 this year.
