This year, Ukraine will take part in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020, which will be held by Poland on November 29.
According to Suspilne.media, the national selection of participants will be announced in August.
The motto of the competition - "Move the World" - is intended to remind of the power of unity.
"When we are kids, it seems to us that all important things are done by famous people: scientists, astronauts, athletes, and actors. But this is not the case: every day millions of people around the world faithfully carry out their commitments, moving the world forward," the organizers stated.
Poland will host Junior Eurovision for the second time in a row.
As we reported earlier, the Dutch city of Rotterdam is ready to host Eurovision Song Contest in 2021.
Most of the city council members agreed that the city should hold the contest that was canceled this year because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Previously, there were doubts whether the city should carry on with preparations for the contest - it will need to cover the sum of 6.7 million of lost investments.
