Ukraine will be able to participate in sports for the disabled soldiers Invictus Games in 2017. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Ivana Klympush-Tsintsadze during a briefing on preparations for the competition.
"Ukraine will have the right and already has all the confirmation from the organizers of the games to take part in sports competitions for those who had been injured during the war and has the ability to express themselves in these games in 2017," said Klympush-Tsintsadze.
Invictus Games ("Games of the unconquered") is a sport for disabled soldiers.
Recall that Ukrainian athletes have set 109 records at the Paralympics 2016.
