Only top-class milk in Ukraine corresponds to the safety regulations of the EU. The level of the permissible amount of the microorganisms is five times higher in the first-rate milk then it is allowed in the EU. The level of the somatic cells is 200 thousand per cubic centimeter higher than in the EU.

It is explained that the amount of the somatic cells shows whether the cow was healthy or not because the infections and the pathogenic agent can be transmitted to the consumers.
