“Now nearly 1 million people with oncological pathology, who have successfully undergone treatment and are in remission are registered in the country. Every year, the number of people who return to normal life after treatment of cancer is increasing,” it was reported.
Ministry also advised to adhere to the rules of a healthy diet, physical activity and closely monitor the state of health in order to improve the body's response to treatment, accelerate recovery, reduce the risk of relapse and improve the quality of life.
The Ministry stresses that it is necessary to focus on early diagnosis in order to reduce the spread.
"This is why endoscopic examinations have become a priority service in the medical guarantee program. 41,1 million dollars were allocated for it," the statement said.
It is noted that the guaranteed package of free examinations includes: mammography, hysteroscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, cystoscopy, and bronchoscopy.
