The incumbent champion of Europe, Portugal's national football team will stand against Ukraine in the Group B opener in UEFA Euro 2020 qualification. The game is to take place at Estadio da Luz in Lisbon, at 21.45 (Kyiv time).
The Friday game is going to be the first competitive match for both teams this year. In 2019, the squads will have to make their way across the qualification for Euro 2020. Previously, both teams won in their respective groups of UEFA Nations League, making it into the playoffs of the selection for the European football championship among the national teams.
In Group B, Ukraine will be struggling against Portugal, Lithuania, Serbia and Luxembourg.
There's a decent chance that Ukrainian fans will witness the debut of Junior Moraes as the forward of their favorite national team. Less than a week ago, Moraes received the Ukrainian passport, which allows him to play for the Yellow Blues. And he's not going to be the only Brazilian to play for Ukraine; Marlos is sure to appear in the line-up as well.
