Ukraine has joined the 'green zone' in terms of the epidemic background, according to the criteria of the EU. The morbidity rate in this country is lowest since last June. Denys Shmygal, the Prime Minister said so during the staff meeting headed by President Volodymuyr Zelensky. Press department of Office of the President reported that on June 14.

"The [morbidity] rate is 74.71 cases per 100,000 population, while the EU-set criteria is 75 per 100,000", Shmygal said.

He added that during the previous 24 hours, 420 new cases of infection were detected. Shmygal also said that all regions of Ukraine remain in the 'green zone'.

22,219 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 in Ukraine on June 13 as the Health Ministry of Ukraine reported on Facebook.

Since the beginning of vaccination, 1,479,701 people received the first dose; 238,798 finished the immunization.

As of June 14, 686,852 people entered the waiting list for vaccination against Covid-19.
