Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that there was no negative reaction from international partners after the closure of the borders, as Radio Liberty reported.
Kuleba recalled that the government tried to minimize the impact of the ban on interpersonal contacts, in particular on the entry of foreign relatives. In addition, an exception is provided for business contacts. The current ban provides many exceptions
As we reported before, Ukraine would coordinate issues of sanctions policy in relation to Minsk with international partners. Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this.
“We have a clear policy, we are in contact with our partners in order to take steps that will really deal the maximum blow to those who act against the interests of Ukraine, including on the sanctions track,” Kuleba said.
Earlier, Ukraine has expressed its readiness to assist Belarus in overcoming the political crisis that gripped the country after the presidential elections on August 9 and the start of protests in connection with their results.
