Sanitary doctor clarified that there used to be rapid antibody tests (a test that determines whether a person has had Covid-19 or not), and this antigen diagnostic method differs from the previous one.

Earlier, Lyashko announced the appearance of antigen tests in Ukraine.

According to him, when a patient is admitted to a hospital, a doctor can immediately make a test, because its duration is 15-30 minutes, without special laboratory conditions. He also clarified that the reliability of these tests is the same as that of the PCR tests.

As we reported earlier,  Viktor Lyashko announced that the Ministry of Health does not want to divide people into those who have antibodies to Covid-19 and those who do not, therefore, immunity passports won't be introduced in Ukraine for now.
