Ukraine is one of the world’s 20 countries with the highest incidence of coronavirus infection. This is evidenced by the maps of the virus’ spread provided by Johns Hopkins University.

According to the data, the USA is at the top of the table with 18 million 458 thousand 373 people getting infected with Covid-19. India is ranked second - 10 million 123 thousand 778 people, and Brazil comes third - 7 million 365 thousand 517. Next are: Russia - 2 million 905 thousand 196 people, France - 2 million 562 thousand 615, the United Kingdom - 2 million 155 thousand 996, Turkey - 2 million 082 thousand 610 people.

Ukraine takes 16th place - between Iran and Peru. 1,018,199 people have fallen ill in the country, since the beginning of the pandemic.

As we reported earlier, according to Prime Minister Denys Shmygal, Poland will become a mediator for Ukraine during the receiving of the coronavirus vaccine from the EU.

The country's plan for the population's inoculation foresees four stages of the vaccination involving the following groups of people.
