The crew of both vessels evacuated on water after the fire occurred. 17 people were on the board of “Сandy” vessel (nine citizen of Turkey and eight citizens of India) and 14 people were on the board of “Maestro” vessel (seven citizen of Turkey and seven citizens of India).
According to Interfax, ten people died in the result of the fire. 14 people were saved from water and 10 sailors were found without signs of life. The fate of another seven sailors is unknown.
