Eight people suffered in the result of the crash of the cableway in Gudauri, Georgia; they were immediately hospitalized to the local emergency clinic. Davit Sergeenko, the Minister of Health, Labor and Social Affairs of Georgia claimed this as Interfax-Ukraine reported.
'Fortunately, nobody died and there are no severe injuries. Two patients need specific attention – a citizen of Ukraine with broken hand and wounds of the head and the pregnant woman from Sweden with pain in the back', Sergeenko claimed.
According to the minister, these two patients will be taken to Tbilisi by the reanimobiles in the near future. There are four citizens of Russia, two citizens of Ukraine, one citizen of Sweden and one Georgian among the suffered.
It is also reported that Dimitri Kumsishvili, the first vice prime minister, economy and sustainable development minister came to Gudauri.
The Interior Ministry of Georgia opened the criminal proceeding due to the violation of the safety rules of movement and exploitation of the railway, air or cable transport.
