Polish police detained 19- and 21-year-old Ukrainians, who severely wounded their compatriot a 21-year-old student. Polske Radio reported this.
The incident happened at Skarżyński Street in Krakow, not far from the dormitories of one of the local universities. The attack was conducted in the evening on November 19. A 21-year-old student from Ukraine was seriously injured with a knife; he was later hospitalized with stab wounds.
Police and prosecutors worked at the scene of the incident all night. Law enforcement officers examined the tracks, questioned witnesses, and studied video from the security cameras.
Police detained the criminals on November 20 in their apartment in Krakow. The law enforcers are investigating into motivation behind the crime, committed by the young men.

Last year, two unidentified men committed a hate crime against a Ukrainian in Wroclaw. They offended the Ukrainian’s honour or dignity on grounds of nationality.
