Foreign ministry reports no casualties among Ukrainian citizens

Two citizens of Ukraine were evacuated from French territories in the Carribean; they were taken to a safe place to avoid the consequences of Hurricane Irma.

According to the Consulate Service Department, the two Ukrainians were evacuated from islands of St. Martin and Martinica; their lives are beyond danger now.

As is known, Hurricane Irma that hit the U.S. southeastern coast, several adjacent states and islands of the Carribean claimed at least 60 lives.
