Two citizens of the Russian Federation tried to get a job in the National Guard of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).

"Military counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine has exposed two candidates for the ranks of Ukrainian military units for concealing the fact of dual citizenship," the statement said.

Thus, two residents of Kyiv, one of whom is a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the other is a native of Russia, tried to sign a contract for military service in the National Guard of Ukraine.

However, the candidates deliberately lied about the presence of Russian citizenship.

As we reported earlier, Russian TV host has been banned from entering Ukraine for the next three years, due to her previous visit to the occupied Crimea.

"She was crossing the border in the Mohyliv-Podilsky checkpoint. During the passport control, the database of the authority reacted on her, since the State Border Guard workers already had some preliminary information on her illegal traveling to the occupied Crimea," reads the message.
