Part of a four-story living house collapsed in the town of Drohobych, Lviv region, western Ukraine on Wednesday night. The accident killed two people, while seven more people were taken to a hospital. The press office of Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported that on Wednesday morning.
The explosion took place at 2.46 a.m., destroying all four floors of the house. As of 8.30 a.m., six people were released from under the debris.
The house is currently off the grid, there is no water or gas supplied there.
148 employees of the State Emergency Service, including three K-9 crews search people under the debris.
The police are figuring out the possible cause of the tragedy.
