The agreement regarding mutual travels with Ukraine with the use of ID-cards was published in the official publication of Turkey. This was reported by Maksym Sokoliuk, the Head of State Migration Service of Ukraine, on his Facebook page.
"Turkish authorities have officially published the decision 2017/10324 on implementation of changes regarding mutual travels and recognition of the new (domestic) Ukrainian passport (ID-card) as a travel document for Ukrainian citizens’ trips to Turkey. We are waiting for the Foreign Ministry’s note with the official starting date for travels. I think it will be one-two weeks," he wrote.
As it was reported earlier, Ukraine and Turkey signed the bilateral agreement about the mutual traveling with the use of ID cards on March 14.
