The headquarters of ex-presidential candidate Svetlana Tsikhanouskaya announced her possible meeting with US First Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Bigan, as Interfax reports with reference to a source in the headquarters of Tsikhanouskaya.
"Indeed, Svetlana is planning a certain meeting, but I do not know the personalities and the agenda," Olga Kovalkova, Tsikhanouskaya's associate, confirmed the information.
Earlier, a Russian diplomatic source said that US Undersecretary of State Stephen Bigan, after a visit to Vilnius will visit Moscow after a visit to Vilnius on August 25-26, and then leave for Kyiv.
