Ukraine is still on the EU's green travel list. Rikard Jozwiak, the Brussels-based reporter of Radio Liberty reported that on Twitter.

"This week there will be NO changes to the EU's recommended safe third country Covid-19 travel list. That means Ukraine remains for now. The list will be reviewed again next week," he wrote.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine explained that the exclusion of Ukraine from the "green list" of the EU will not mean the abolition of visa-free travel and will not provide for the total closure of borders for Ukrainians. The EU provides only recommendations to countries, and the final decision on permitting or banning travel for Ukrainian citizens will be taken by each state separately at the national level.
