An accident with a tourist bus occurred on the Sharm el-Sheikh – Cairo highway, Egypt, as a result of which three Ukrainian citizens were injured. This was reported by Ukraine 24 TV channel.
"There were up to 60 passengers on the bus, including Ukrainian citizens. The number of victims is being clarified, it is known that three Ukrainians were also injured. All the victims have been taken to the hospital. The data are being collected," the statement said.
As we reported earlier, another car accident involving Ukrainian citizens took place in the Czech Republic earlier this week.
"The accident happened on February 15, at about 3 pm, in the town of Podsedice, Litoměřice, the Czech Republic. According to Czech media, two minibusses and a truck collided on the road. Two foreigners, who were on the bus, died on the spot," reads the message.
The deceased ones were Ukrainian citizens. One of the drivers was taken by helicopter to Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem with a severe injury.
Local law enforcement officers are now investigating the cause of the accident.
