Famous American actor and filmmaker Tom Cruise arrived in Ukraine and met with President Volodymyr Zelensky. This was reported by the press service of the President of Ukraine.

Tom Cruise came to Ukraine at the invitation of Volodymyr Zelensky. The actor stated that he is interested in Ukrainian locations for shooting one of his film projects.

"During the meeting, Tom Cruise informed Volodymyr Zelensky that he was interested in Ukrainian locations for the shooting of one of his new film projects. This was another reason to visit our country,” the message says.

At the same time, Zelensky said that due to the adopted law on compensation to foreign film-makers in Ukraine, the film industry will start to develop actively, and Ukraine will become an investment attractive for well-known world film producers.

The legendary Hollywood actor Tom Cruise was spotted in the Kyiv city’s subway on September 30. The actor visited Zoloti Vorota station. 57-year-old Cruz was accompanied by a delegation and security. Photos with him were not allowed. But several passengers still managed to photograph the actor.
