Three Ukrainians wanted by law enforcers caught trying to escape the country

Three citizens of Ukraine, wanted by the law enforcement bodies, were detained at Ukraine's border with Poland and Hungary, as the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported.

“Today in the morning, the border guards of Mostyska, Lutsk, and Chop units detained three Ukrainians who were wanted by the law enforcement bodies for the violation of the current legislation of Ukraine,” the message said.

During the check of the documents at the checkpoints “Krakovets” and “Yagodyn,” the border guards found two men and one woman was found at “Chop” checkpoint. There was the information on these people that they are on the wanted list.

It is established that the citizens are accused of falsification of the documents and burglaries. Now, the detained were passed to the officers of the National Police.

Earlier two Russians who tried to illegally cross the Ukrainian border and get to European countries were detained in Zakarpattia region. The violators were detained in 50 meters from the boundary line. The detainees had Russian passports with themselves.

Also, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) jointly with the Prosecutor’s office blocked the export of smuggled amber with the weight of more than one ton to the European countries in Zakarpattia region.
