The death toll from the terrorist attacks at Kabul airport has exceeded 200 people. This was reported by DW.

In addition to nearly 200 Afghan residents, 13 American servicemen were killed in the attack. At least 15 American soldiers were injured. The terrorist attack became one of the deadliest in the entire 20 years of the US military presence in Afghanistan.

A number of countries have completed the evacuation of people from the country. So, France on Friday evening, August 27, stopped flights with the aim of evacuating people from Afghanistan.

Germany completed the evacuation from Kabul on August 26. The last four Bundeswehr planes with German citizens and foreigners on board flew from Kabul to Tashkent in the afternoon.

On this day, the Netherlands and Australia also stopped evacuation flights. They were followed by Spain, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland on Friday, August 27.

As we reported earlier, two explosions occurred near the Airport of Kabul. One of the explosions occurred among the crowd of Afghan people, who tried to get into the territory of the airport. The suicide attacker committed the terrorist action.

According to U.S. Joe Biden, the terrorist act in Kabul was organized by the ISIS. The U.S. prepares the response to the terrorists.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expressed condolences to the families of all decease as the result of the terrorist acts in Kabul. The leaders of some states and governments condemned the terrorist actions in Kabul.
