In July, a powerful rain hit Kyiv. It was accompanied by a thunder and hail. The streets of the capital were flooded, as well as during previous downpours, cars literally drowned in water, which flowed along the streets. It should be noted that the bad weather affected mainly the right-bank part of the city. Because of the difficulties with the movement of transport, the center of the capital was crammed with large traffic jams.
