A synchronized skydive event over Kharkiv, northern Ukraine ended up in setting the world record.
According to Euronews, 57 women from 19 countries participated; they jumped from three airplanes simultaneously, then joined in a formation, which they later changed several times.

The previous record was set in the Netherlands, where 56 women participated in the similar event at a time.
Earlier, Kyiv received a right to host the 2019 European Diving Championships; press office of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine reported that.
The relevant decision was made on August 5 the session of the Ligue Européenne de Natation (LEN), which took place in Glasgow, Scotland.
The competition is to be held in August 2019.
It should be mentioned that the European Diving Championships is a competition held each odd-numbered year. LEN organizes the competition. The European sportsmen are the participants of the event. They compete in dive from one- and three-meter jump ramp and from a ten-meter diving tower.
