Today in Ukraine the weather conditions are expected to worsen, in the Carpathians - there is a threat of mudflows. This was reported in the press service of the State Emergency Service.

So, on June 27 in the northern, central and southern regions, heavy showers, hail and gusts of 15-20 m / s (yellow level of danger) are expected. Due to precipitation, during June 27 on the rivers of the Carpathian region, water levels are expected to rise by 0.3-1.3 m above the levels at 8:25, without negative consequences.

In places where heavy rains occur, the formation of significant sloping and local runoff with flooding of low places is possible, in mountainous areas there is a threat of mudflows (and the level of danger - yellow).

As we reported earlier, strong windstorm occurred in Rivne region on June 25. Citizens report fallen trees and damaged cars, and rescuers are asking residents not to leave their homes.

"Now the weather is raging in Rivne region. Strong wind, thunderstorms and rain. There are reports from residents about trees falling on cars. Rescuers of Rivne region urge residents not to leave home unnecessarily and not to use transport until the bad weather ends," rescuers said.
