Despite the fact that all the inscriptions on a bulletin papers other than "ticks" or "plus sign" in designated areas automatically annul the vote, many citizens continue spoiling their bulletins. Thus, Ukrainians express their attitude to the candidates or the election as a whole.
Officially, it is illegal to take pictures of bulletin in a polling point.
