"The information has been entered in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations on the elements of the crime, envisaged by Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - acceptance of an offer, promise or undue gain of a particularly large amount, or committed by an officer holding a particularly responsible position," the statement informs.

If deputies are found guilty, they will be threatened with imprisonment for a term of 8 to 12 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions for a term of up to 3 years, and with confiscation of property.
