Ukraine's special service reports that the culprits used special devices to conceal their communication channels. The devices were deployed in six various undercover adresses. The wrongdoers created thousands of fake accounts and used them to spread destructive statements in the Internet. They received money in foreign currency across the Russian payment systems.
