Today, on June 24, self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic held a military parade on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the victory in World War II (following the example of the Russian Federation). This was reported by information resources controlled by the militants.

According to photos from the scene, spectators did not keep their distance and did not wear masks. It was stated that participants of the parade had passed tests for a coronavirus infection.

World War II weapons were presented, as well as military equipment that occupants utilize in order to attack Ukraine’s Armed Forces: tanks, artillery systems, and rocket launchers.

"It is negative. I do not think there is anything good for him, for Volodymyr Oleksandrovych himself, given that Ukraine itself suffered greatly during World War II," Putin said.
