Earlier, it was reported citing that some countries have temporarily stopped the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine due to the reports on side effects. In Britain, seven people died from blood clots after the vaccination with the AstraZeneca vaccine. However, some countries renewed the use of the vaccine amid the number of infected people and shortage of vaccines.

As we reported, the Emergent BioSolutions factory, which belongs to Johnson & Johnson company stopped production of the AstraZeneca vaccine. From now on, the plant will be producing its own vaccine. This step was made in order to avoid last week's mistake; 15,000,000 doses of the vaccine were rejected as defective when workers of the factory mixed Johnson&Johnson vaccine with another drug. The produced vaccine ceased to meet the requirement and was not authorized for use.
